KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Nils Boesen has worked for more than 25 years as management and organizational development consultant for the public sector and NGOs both in developed and developing countries. He has participated intensively in methodology development related to capacity development and sector-wide approaches, as well as led mayor evaluations. He has gained special reputation as a facilitator of strategy, organizational or staff development and learning through structured, participatory approaches. Working with public administration and sector reform, and organisational development at local and central level, his sector experience includes environmental management, education, energy, water and sanitation, as well as human rights and democracy. Working experience includes more than 35 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific, and clients include several bilateral donors, multi-lateral organizations, including the World Bank and the European Commission, as well as NGOs.
